A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session. For all sessions excluding weddings, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. For weddings, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer covers time spent planning, reserving your date, and turning away other potential bookings. Exceptions to the non-refundable policy may be made in cases of severe weather, illness, or emergencies, at the photographer’s discretion. Clients may reschedule without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled session. Any rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the session date will incur a rescheduling fee of $150.00, as this short notice limits my ability to rebook the original time slot. I kindly ask that you communicate any changes as early as possible so I can best accommodate your needs.
